NSW:Cigarettes, alcohol stolen, three charged

SYDNEY, Feb 12 AAP - Three men have been charged over the theft of large quantities
of alcohol and cigarettes in southern NSW.

At about 3.30am (AEDT) on Saturday the men allegedly forced entry to a service station
in Union Road, Lavington, where they stole a number of boxes of cigarettes.

Two hours later they broke into a supermarket on Kaitlers Road in nearby Springdale
Heights, this time stealing a large quantity of alcohol, police say.

Police searched a house in Clarence Street, Albury, at about 2pm on Saturday and seized
a large amount of cigarettes and alcohol.

A 20-year-old, a 22-year-old and a 35-year-old man were arrested and charged with aggravated
break and enter in company.

All three were refused bail to appear in Albury Local Court on Sunday.
